User Registration Guide
Follow the instructions carefully to ensure your account is successfully linked and verified with the IIT Kharagpur ERP system records.
Stakeholder Details
- • Select correct Stakeholder Type (Employee / Student / New Admission).
- • Enter valid Stakeholder Code provided by the institute.
- • Check your full name exactly as per official records.
- • Login ID is automatically mapped to your Stakeholder Code.
Password Instructions
- • Must contain at least one number, one uppercase and one lowercase letter.
- • Minimum 8 characters long.
- • Password and Confirm Password must match.
Digital Signature Information
- • Alias is automatically populated from your login ID.
- • Passphrase is required securely for digital signing processes.
Verification Details
- • Date of Birth format: DD-MM-YYYY via calendar picker.
- • All security questions are mandatory and case-sensitive.
New Admission Guide
- • Select New Admission from Stakeholder Type.
- • Choose your precise Entrance Exam category (JEE, GATE, JAM, PhD, etc.).
- • Enter your official Registration / Application Number correctly.
After successful registration, you can log in using your Login ID and Password.
