Select the appropriate recovery option on the left and follow the step-by-step instructions to securely regain access to your ERP account.
Change Password
- • Enter Login ID and press TAB to load your security question.
- • Answer security question correctly.
- • Enter new password and confirm it.
- • Choose whether to update digital signature passphrase.
- • Click Send OTP → Enter OTP → Submit.
Change Security Questions
- • Enter Login ID (ALL CAPS).
- • Enter current password.
- • Provide 3 new security questions and answers.
- • Click Send OTP → Enter OTP → Submit.
Reset Account
- • Use if you forgot both password and security answers.
- • Select Stakeholder Type.
- • Enter Login ID and Date of Birth.
- • Complete verification questions if shown.
- • Click Send OTP → Enter OTP → Submit.
Important Notes
- • OTP is sent to your registered email.
- • Password must follow institute security rules.
- • Updating passphrase requires digital certificate regeneration via ERP.
