BE / B.Tech / MA / M.Sc / MCA / MBA or equivalent degree
OR
B.Sc./B.A./B. Com or equivalent degree with 2 years of relevant experience

3-year Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
OR
In exceptional cases those with ITI (2-year course) in a trade with more than 8 years of relevant experience may be considered with prior approval and justification. Skill Test will be required.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer applications, Secretarial experience for Technical and Ministerial. |

A: DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION FOR POSTS 1 & 2
Minimum 60 percentage in Class 10 (for General candidates) or 55 percentage marks (for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates)
Minimum 70 percentage marks / 7.5 CGPA (for General candidates) or 65 percentage marks / 7.0 CGPA (for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates) in class 12 or equivalent.
Minimum 70 percentage marks or 7.5 CGPA (for General candidates) or 65 percentage marks / 7.0 CGPA (for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates) in least one of B.Tech. (or equivalent) or M.Tech. (or equivalent) degrees.
At least one of B.Tech. or M.Tech. Degree (or equivalent) must be in Computer Science/ IT / AI / Electrical or related fields.
a. Exposure to AI and LLM programming, machine learning, etc.
b. Exposure to various programming languages
c. Exposure to working with areas related to social sciences/humanities
d. Exposure to working with visual design, advertising
e. Exposure to working with image processing
f. Industry experience especially with app development
The project involves real-world data collection in the field and will require travel as part of the work.
B: DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION FOR POST 3
