| Desired Experience |
1. Candidates must have hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques using open-source tools and MRI data formats, including ISMRMRD, HDF5, NIfTI, and DICOM, with exposure to multi-GPU and cloud-based training workflows.
2. A comprehensive understanding and experience of signal processing, medical image processing, and MRI reconstruction is required spanning classical methods as well as cutting-edge deep learning architectures.
3. Candidates must possess a clear understanding of MRI physics and principal pulse sequence.
4. Prior experience with multi-channel receive coil arrayis essential, along with strong proficiency in k-space signal processing and MRI artefact characterisation. |
