| Essential Qualification |
Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process described through any one of the following:
a. Scholars who are selected through NationalEligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc. |
| Desired Experience |
(i) First class/division in the last qualifying examination with a valid GATE score or NET qualification with Assistant Professorship in any of the following subjects, i.e., Chemistry, Materials Science, or Nanotechnology, is required. (ii) GATE/NET is not required for those who have M.Tech. in Nanotechnology, Physics, Materials Science etc..
This JRF position is for the first 2 years, followed by an SRF position in the 3rd year. The candidate is preferred to register for a PhD. After 3 years of work on the project, the candidate will get an institute fellowship for the remaining 2 years. |
